摘　　要：本文对蜂胶抗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤作用及其机制进行归纳阐述,主要涉及抗氧化、减轻钙超载、抑制炎症反应、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、调节K^+离子通道和血管因子水平等机制,为蜂胶抗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的相关研究提供参考。The article has a review about ischemia/reperfusion injury, mainly involving inflammation, suppressing myocardial apoptosis, aiming at providing references for the related stu researches on the mechanism of action of propolis against myocardial in antioxidant effects, alleviating the calcium overload, inhibiting regulating K^＋ channel and the level of vascular factor. The article is dies on proplis against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
