摘　　要：在丹曲洛林缺乏的条件下,早期诊断与积极的抢救措施可提高恶性高热（malignant hyperthermia,MH）的救治成功率.为探讨MH的临床特点,总结早期诊断方法及治疗措施,报道我院1例先天性脊柱侧弯矫形患儿术中发生MH的诊治过程,并进行分析、讨论.When lack of dantrolene,early diagnosis and actively treatment can improve rescue rate of patients with hyperthermia （MH）.In this article,we reported the diagnosis and treatment of MH in a child in our hospital.The main purpose is to investigate the clinical characteristics of MH,the early diagnosis methods and treatment measures.
