摘 要:为了研究一端固接一端自由的六边形孔蜂窝钢柱在轴心力作用下的力学性能,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立数值模型,分别从扩张比的变化、长度变化和第1个开孔处距柱底的距离变化研究其对蜂窝钢柱受力性能的影响,同时对比了六边形孔蜂窝钢柱与原截面实腹式钢柱承载力的差别。通过数值模拟发现六边形孔蜂窝钢柱的破坏形式并非局部屈曲或整体屈曲,而是两者相关屈曲,在分析基础上给出了不同参数的较优取值。Finite element models are built using software ANSYS to study the mechanical properties of cantilever castellated steel columns with hexagonal web openings under axial force.Critical influencing factors are studied,including expansion ratio,length and distance from the first opening to the bottom section of columns.The mechanical properties of hexagonal castellated steel columns are compared with those of solid-web steel columns.The results show the buckling mode of cantilever castellated steel columns is interactive buckling instead of local buckling or global buckling.Suggestions are provided based on the results of this study.These suggestions can provide a reference for selecting the size of castellated steel columns.
