台球运动在我国的发展策略研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合国外台球运动发展状况,对我国台球运动发展现状进行调查研究分析,指出我国台球运动整体的发展特点是:发展历史短暂,整体发展态势良好;运动技术水平低;台球厅环境恶劣;专业选手匮乏,训练比赛经费短缺。指出我国台球运动发展过程中存在的主要问题有:(1)国家投入少,经费严重不足;(2)运动员来源面窄,专业运动员匮乏;(3)教练员整体水平有待提高;(4)观众素质低,文化氛围不浓;(5)市场开发落后,商业化程度低。在此基础上分析出我国台球运动可持续发展的策略有:(1)组织商业比赛,加大资金投入;(2)加强规范管理,创建人才培养模式;(3)加强教练员的业务学习,提升教练员水平;(4)科学选材,组织训练;(5)加快市场开发进程,提高台球运动产业化水平。This paper, using methods of literature, fieldwork, expert interviews and logical analysis, combined with the development of billiards sports at home and abroad, investigates and analyzes the current situation of the development of billiards in China, the overall development characteristicsof the billiards sport in China is pointed out： short history of development, good overall trend; low level of technique; harsh environments of the billiard halls ; lack of professional athletes, shortage funds of training and competition. the main problems existing are also pointed out： 1） less investment from the nation and a serious shortage of funds, 2） the narrow source of players and lack of professional athletes, 3） overall level of coaches needing to be improved 4） low quality of audience and the weak culture atmosphere, 5） backward market development and low commercialization degree. The strategy to the sustainable development of the billiards in China are put forward as followed： 1） orgnizing the business competition, increasing the financial input 2） strengthening and standardizing the management and creating a model for training talents, 3） strengthening and the vocational learning of the coaches and enhancing the level of them, 4） scientific selection and training, 5） accelerating the process of market development, improving the industrialization level of billiard sports.
