摘　　要：针对气瓶钢30CrMoA坯料在用户验收过程中出现的低倍裂纹问题,从微观、轧向组织两方面展开缺陷分析。分析认为低倍的裂纹主要为火焰切割引起的应力裂纹,与材质没有关系。The low-multiple crack of the gas cylinder steels 30CrMoA occurred in the process of user acceptance is studied.This paper analyzes the defects from microstructure and rolling direction.The results show that the crack is mainly stress crack caused by flame cutting and has nothing to do with materials.
