选择集视角下现代农民成长的困境与出路

摘　　要：关于现代农民本质特征的界定在学界是一个分歧较大的热点问题。以选择集视角对现代农民较之传统农民的本质差异进行高度概括,可以简化对现代农民的识别。我国在从农业社会向工业信息社会、传统农业向现代农业转型过程中,多种就业机会的产生使得现代农民这一职业具有了选择性特征,并以此为研究视角和切入点,探讨现代农民在成长中面临的选择机会、主体选择能力和动因上的困境,而选择机会的拓展、农民主体能力的提高、个人选择动因的增强是现代农民成长的路径。The essential characteristic of modern farmers is a hot issue with great divergence in academia.However,summarizing the differences of essential characteristics between modern and traditional farmers by choice Set may simplify the identification of modern farmers.Industrialization and urbanization of agricultural labor in choice of career change make modern farmers have the characteristic of selectivity.At the same time,in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,there is a growing choice for modern farmers,and also selection dilemma on ability and motivation.Further recommendations are set forward for farmers＇ growth path,such as expanding selecting opportunities,improving the majority of farmers＇ ability,and enhancing personal choice motivation.
