闽西青冈组培苗生根培养及其内源激素含量变化的测定

摘　　要：对闽西青冈组培苗进行生根培养,并对培养过程中组培苗的4种内源激素ZT、GA3、IAA和ABA的含量变化情况进行测定。结果表明,对于闽西青冈组培苗的生根诱导,1/2 WPM+IBA 1.0 mg·L-1是最佳的生根诱导组合,可达到最高的生根率68.9%。在生根过程40d的考察期内中,组培苗的ZT、GA3和IAA含量表现出逐步下降的趋势,ABA的含量则呈现出持续增长的趋势。而ZT/GA3、GA3/ABA和IAA/ABA的比值均呈现下降趋势,ZT/IAA的比值先下降后上升。The rooting culture of Cyclobalanopsis minxiensis was investigated and four endogenous hormones（i. e. ZT,GA3,IAA and ABA） were also determined by high performance liquid chromatography during the culture. The results showed that 1 /2 WPM ＋ IBA 1. 0 mg · L^- 1 is the best formula for rooting induction, and the highest rooting rate of 68. 9 % can be achieved. During the rooting process of 40 d, the contents of ZT, GA3 and IAA were showed a decreased trend, while the content of ABA was increased. The ratios of ZT / GA3,GA3/ ABA and IAA / ABA were showed a decreased trend, while the ZT / IAA ratio was first decreased and then increased.
