摘  要:新街台格庙矿区盾构斜井管片共分为7片,管片内径6 600mm,外径7 300mm,采用错缝拼装。为检验管片各项力学性能是否满足本项目盾构斜井施工需要,进行管片力学性能的试验。设计了试验反力装置,该反力装置全部采用321贝雷片和型钢等制式器材,结构简捷合理、受力明确,方便施工。介绍了盾构管片力学性能试验反力装置的受力设计及施工安装工艺等,并有针对性地采取了安全措施。节省了大量材料及人工费用,经济效益较好。New Street Taigemiao Mine Shaft Shield is divided into seven segments,the inner diameter of the tube sheet is 6 600 mm,the outer diameter of the tube sheet is 7 300 mm,the staggered joint assembly is appiled. In order to test whether the mechanical properties of the tube sheet meets the construction needs of the project deviated shield,the mechanical property test of the tube sheet was conducted. The reaction device was designed,which used in all 321 Bailey and steel as standard equipment,simple and reasonable structure, clear force, convenient construction. This article describes the design and construction force installation process and other mechanical properties test tunnel segments reaction apparatus,and the security measures were taken,which saves a lot of material and labor costs,having better economic efficiency.
