摘 要:为了探明刚柔混合衬砌渠道温度场、应力场和变形场及消减冻胀破坏,应用有限元软件对大U形刚柔混合衬砌渠道温度场、应力场和变形场进行了数值模拟。采用间接耦合方式,首先进行热分析,得到渠道温度场,再转换单元类型为结构场,然后对结构场施加热分析得到温度应力场进行结构分析,计算渠道变形场和应力场,进而分析渠道冻胀受力情况及变形规律。分析结果与实测数据吻合,对季节性冻土地区刚柔混合衬砌渠道的建设和运行管理有指导意义。In order to explore the temperature, stress and deformation distributions and the frost heaving damage of channel with rigid mixed lining, the ANSYS software is used to simulate the distributions of temperature, stress and deformation of Ushape channel with rigid mixed lining. The indirect coupling method is used in numerical simulation. The thermal analysis is firstly carried out to get temperature distribution, and then converting unit type to structure, the thermal analysis result is applied to structure field to get temperature-stress distribution and then the channel deformation field and stress field can be analyzed. Finally, the frost heaving force and the deformation regularity can be analyzed. The analysis results match with measured data, which will have guiding significance for the construction and operation management of channels with rigid mixed lining in frozen soil area.
