摘  要:一些水轮发电机组推力轴承更换氟塑料瓦后,会发生机组误启动现象。从导叶漏水量大和推力轴承摩擦阻力减小两方面分析了机组误启动的原因,并推导出机组慢转稳定转速的计算公式。以安康水电厂为例,提出了减少导叶漏水量和增加推力轴承摩擦阻力的措施,以解决机组误启动问题。Some hydro-generator unit will happen the improper starting after replacing the pads of thrust bearing with fluorine plastic pads. The reasons of improper starting are analyzed from two aspects of the increase of guide vane leakage and the decrease of coefficient of friction of thrust bearing, and the calculation formula of rotating speed under slow rotating condition is deduced. Taking Ankang Hydropower Plant as study case, the measures for reducing guide vane leakage and increasing coefficient of friction of thrust bearing are proposed. The application of these measures has eliminated the improper starting of units.
