摘　　要：正确认识和处理国有经济与民营经济之间的关系,是深化经济体制改革和完善公有制为主体多种所有制共同发展基本经济制度的需要。学者们关于两者之间关系的探讨,主要围绕国有经济是否"与民争利"、是否"挤压"民营经济发展空间、是否妨碍公平竞争、是否"拖累"民营经济增长四个方面展开。其理论纷争的背后,是不同的政策主张。对这些论争进行梳理,去伪存真,有利于确保国有企业改革沿着正确的方向前进。It is indispensable for us to understand and handle the relationship correctly between the State-Owned Economy and the Private Economy,because we must speed up improvements to the socialist market economy and improve the basic economic system in which public ownership is the mainstay of the economy and economic entities of diverse ownership develop together.Many scholars make discussions concerning the relationship between the State-Owned Economy and the Private Economy,mainly around whether the State-Owned Economy utilities the monopolies to compete for benefits with people,whether the State-Owned Economy squeezes Private Economy＇s living space,whether the State-Owned Economy impedes the fair competition and whether the StateOwned Economy drags the Private Economy development growth.As we all know,behind this theoretical dispute is distinct policies and propositions claim.By sorting out the controversy and discard the false and retain the true,to make people have a better understanding,that we must hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and we must lose no time in deepening this great reform.
