摘　　要："真实问题、问题中国"始终是夏书章教授在公共行政学研究中的重要学术基点。本文通过梳理夏书章教授对公共行政学理论的部分论述,展现夏书章教授直面公共行政学真问题的学术品格与实践情怀。并以此为基础,对中国公共行政学的发展现状进行了问题视角下的学科反思。研究认为,直面中国公共行政学的真问题需要立足中国情境,借助国际学术视野,在实践导向中进行公共行政学理论的传承、对话与再造。In Xia Shuzhang＇ s process of public administration studies , ＂the real quetion＂ is always his important academ-ic basis points. This study showed how to face the real question of public administration theory through combing Xia Shuzhang＇ s papers. And this paper showed Xia Shuzhang＇ s academic pattern , academic vision and Prac-tice feelings. On this basis, The research talked about the current situation of the development of China＇s public administration study and the reflection under the perspective of discipline. At last, the paper thinks that Chinese public administration study should be based on Chinese situation, in accordance with the origin of theory and be in practice guidance.
