群际特征和公民参与涉政网络事件有序性的关系研究

摘　　要：促进公民有序参与涉政网络事件是保障国家政治安全的重要途径。理论界纷纷通过对公民网络政治参与现状的定性描述来剖析参与无序性的原因并提出对策,但缺乏以数据分析为基础的实证逻辑支撑。为探究影响公民有序参与涉政网络事件的群际特征因素,我们从全国七大地区分层抽样,采集1006份有效样本,运用SPSS软件进行群际特征与公民有序参与涉政网络事件态度及行为之间的相关分析、卡方检验与交叉表分析,揭示了人口统计学背景、教育背景、工作背景对公民有序参与涉政网络事件态度及行为的影响强度差异。To promote citizens＂ orderly participation in politic which refers to network event is a significant method to protect the safety of the country＇s politic, and the theoretical circle analyzes the causes and countermeasures of citizens＇ disordered network participation vie carrying out the qualitative description to the present political network participation situation of citizens, but lacks of empirical logic explanation that based on the data analysis. To explore the inter - group characteristic factors which have influences on citizens＇orderly oarticination in ooli-tics of network events, the theoretical circle performs stratified sampling from the seven parts of the country to collect 1006 valid samples, then uses SPSS software to implement the correlative analysis, chi - square test and cross - tab which refer to inter - group characteristics and citizens＇ attitude and behavior towards orderly partic-ipation in political network event, thus reveals the influential intensity differences that demographic back- ground, education background and work background bring about to citizens＇ attitude and behavior for orderly participation in political network event. The results show that, under the specific social situation in China, there is no significant correlation between citizens＇attitude tendency and behavior for orderly participation in po-litical network event. In term of demography, that gender, age, and political status are the crucial elements which impact citizens＇ orderly participation in political network events, and that religious belief and area are the subordinate factors ; when it comes to education background, the degree acts as the critical factor for the cit-izens＇orderly participation in political network events; in the aspect of work background, occupation and annual income are vital elements which have affect the citizens′ orderly participation in political network events.
