摘　　要：介绍了河南某生物技术有限公司采用"预处理-上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)-A/O-高级氧化"工艺处理制药废水的工程实例。实际运行数据表明,该工艺处理效率高,运行稳定,经济可行。当调节池综合进水COD≤3 g/L,BOD_5≤1.5 g/L,SS、NH_3-N的质量浓度分别≤210、≤60 mg/L时,滤池出水COD≤90 mg/L,BOD_5≤16.2 mg/L,SS、NH_3-N的质量浓度分别≤27、≤7.2 mg/L,出水水质达到GB 21904-2008表2的排放标准。Taking the ＂Pretreatment-UASB-A/O-Advaneed oxidation＂ process for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment engineering practice of a biological technology company in henan is introduced. The run data showed that, the process has high efficiency, running stability and economic feasibility. When the adjusting tank water COD≤3 g/L, BOD5 ≤ 1.5 g/L,p（SS）≤210 mg/L,p（NH3-N） ≤60 mg/L, the filter effluent COD≤90 mg/L, BOD5≤6.2 mg/L, mass concentration of SS and NH3-N were 27 mg and ≤ 7.2mg/L, the effluent quality can achieve the table 2 emission standard of GB 21904--2008.
