加味当归补血汤治疗慢性心衰伴贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味当归补血汤治疗慢性心衰伴贫血的临床疗效。方法将72例慢性心衰伴贫血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上给予加味当归补血汤,两组均治疗4周,观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆脑利钠肽前体检测(NT-pro BNP)水平、6 min步行距离(6MWT)情况。结果治疗4周后,观察组中医证候总有效率为80.56%,对照组为55.56%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医症状积分均较治疗前下降,观察组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者Hb明显升高,血浆NTpro BNP水平明显下降,6MWT明显提高(P<0.05),观察组改善上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤能纠正慢性心衰患者的贫血、改善心功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Danggui Buxue Decoction（ Danggui Blood Tonification Decoction） on chronic heart failure accompanied with anemia. Methods 72 cases of chronic heart failure accompanied with anemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases in each one. The control group was given western convention medicine,and the treatment group was given modified Danggui Buxue Decoction on the basis of western medicine,both for 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,TCM symptom scores,hemoglobin（ Hb）,plasma NT-pro BNP levels,6 minutes walking test（ 6 MWT）were observed in both groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of TCM syndromes of the treatment group andthe control group were 80. 56% and 55. 56% respectively,with the therapeutic effect of the treatment group better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. TCM symptoms scores after the treatment were decreased compared with that before the treatment with in both groups the treatment group more decreased than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,Hb of both groups was increased,the levels of plasma NT-proB NP was significantly decreased,6 MWT increased（ P〈0. 05） with the improvement of the treatment group better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction could correct anemia for patients with chronic heart failure and improve the heart function.
