对基层就业大学生职业发展的实证分析

摘　　要：从职业发展的视角对基层就业大学生的职业状况进行问卷调查分析表明,整体看,基层就业大学生的职业前期了解不足、准备不足;已经在基层就业的大学生,其专业对口率不高、学历层次较低等现象较为突出;而就未来的职业预期来看,计划离开当地的学生比例较高,印证了基层人才流失严重、基层人员流动性大等问题。因此,建议相关机构加强宣传与合作,提高基层就业大学生就业的对口率和职业稳定性。Based on the survey data, this paper draws the following conclusions. Overall, the college students are lack of preparation and understanding of grass-root employment. For those students who have chosen grass- root employment, the low professional counterparts rate and low education levels are still outstanding. The research shows that students also lack confidence in their future career, and there is a higher proportion of students plan to leave the grass-roots work. This paper also proposes some suggestions to improve the career development of the grass-root employment students. Therefore, this paper suggests strengthening publicity and cooperation in instituions, and increasing the employment rate suited to the employees＇ major in the grass-roots work, improving the occupational stability.
