摘 要:目的研究在永久性结肠造口术患者中应用延续性自我管理教育对术后早期社会心理适应能力的影响。方法 68例接受永久性结肠造口手术治疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组34例。对照组术后接受常规治疗与护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施延续性自我管理教育。对比两组术后社会心理适应能力及自我护理能力。结果护理干预3个月后,两组的自我护理能力实施量表(ESCA)评分较干预前显著性提高,且研究组显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后研究组社会心理适应能力评分的负性情绪、正性情绪、社会适应能力评分分别为(16.87±2.23)、(23.87±3.69)、(27.12±5.18)分,均高于对照组的(13.02±2.14)、(20.01±3.72)、(24.14±4.96)分(P<0.05)。结论延续性自我管理教育能够增强永久性结肠造口术患者的自我管理能力,促进其社会心理适应能力的提高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To research influence by continuous self-management education applied in permanent colostomy patients on postoperative early psychosocial adaptation.Methods A total of 68 patients receiving permanent colostomy were divided by random number table into research group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative therapy and nursing,and the research group received additional continuous self-management education.Postoperative psychosocial adaptation and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 3-month nursing intervention,both groups had obviously higher exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA) scores than those before intervention,and the research group had better scores than the control group.Their differences all had statistical significance(all P〈0.05).The research group had scores of negative emotion,positive emotion,social adaptation ability in psychosocial adaptation scale as(16.87±2.23),(23.87±3.69),(27.12±5.18) points,which were all higher than(13.02±2.14),(20.01±3.72),(24.14±4.96) points in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Continuous self-management education can enhance self-management ability in permanent colostomy patients and accelerate their psychosocial adaptation ability improvement.This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
