护理宣教前置在胃息肉内镜下治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探索前置式护理宣教在依临床路径行胃息肉内镜下治疗中的作用及可行性。方法 159例拟接受内镜下胃息肉治疗的患者,随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(79例)。对照组住院后依临床路径要求进行宣教,观察组在明确诊断后、入院前1周内,参照临床路径要求内容进行宣教,入院后再给予适当强化。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组非预期事件发生率、满意度、治疗前夜睡眠时间及治疗前1 h收缩压、脉搏、住院时间、内镜下治疗反应优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均住院费用为(3360.15±264.10)元,低于对照组的(3430.68±275.22)元,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前置式护理宣教能显著减少接受内镜下治疗的胃息肉患者的应激反应、降低非预期事件发生率、有助于优化诊治流程、缩短住院时间、提高患方满意度、改善护患关系。Objective：To investigate effect and feasibility of prepositive nursing propaganda and education in endoscopic treatment under clinical approach of gastric polyps.Methods A total of 159 patients receiving endoscopic treatment of gastric polyps were randomly divided into observation group（80 cases） and control group（79 cases）.The control group received propaganda and education under clinical approach after admission,and the observation group received propaganda and education after confirmed diagnosis and before 1 week of admission,along with enhancement after admission.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had all better incidence of unanticipated events,satisfaction degree,sleep time before treatment,systolic pressure in 1 h before treatment,pulse,hospital stay time,and endoscopic treatment reactions than the control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group had lower mean hospitalization cost as（3360.15±264.10） yuan than（3430.68±275.22） yuan of the control group,while their difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Prepositive nursing propaganda and education can remarkably reduce stress reactions in gastric polyps patients under endoscopic treatment,and decrease incidence of unanticipated events.It is beneficial for process optimization in diagnosis and treatment,and it can shorten hospital stay time,improve satisfaction degree and nurse-patient relationship.
