摘　　要：为了重新认识城市中历史建筑的价值,本文通过对历史建筑价值构成系统进行梳理与归纳,以及解读历史建筑对于城市多元化的影响。分析出对于历史建筑保护应关注的理念、历史建筑保护工作所存在的相关问题;探究历史景观保护所面临的各价值之间的矛盾冲突,找到各价值之间的平衡关系;以及可持续发展理论对于历史建筑保护价值体系的影响。确定了只有正确的认识历史建筑的综合价值,才可以化解历史建筑保护与城市发展两者间矛盾的观点。In order to re understand the value of historical buildings in the city, this paper makes a systematic analysis and induction of the value system of historical buildings, as well as the influence of historical buildings on the city＇s diversification. Analysis about the protection of historical architecture should pay attention to the concepts, historical building protection work related issues; conflicts to explore the historical landscape protection faced by different values, find the balance between the value; and the theory of sustainable development for historical building protection value system. It is determined that only the correct understanding of the comprehensive value of historical buildings can resolve the contradiction between the protection of historical buildings and the urban development.
