钴-锌试剂络合吸附伏安法测定中草药中钴

摘　　要：研究了测定痕量钴的一种灵敏的吸附伏安法 ,利用钴和锌试剂络合物在悬汞电极上的吸附性 ,有效地提高了分析的灵敏度。在 0 .0 0 5mol·L-1NH3 和 0 .0 6mol·L-1NH4Cl及 2 .5× 1 0 -6mol·L-1锌试剂底液条件下 ,该体系 1 .5 ,2 .5阶微分吸附伏安法测定钴的线性范围为 1× 1 0 -10 ～ 1× 1 0 -7mol·L-1,用 2 .5阶微分吸附伏安法 ,富集 3min的检出限为 5× 1 0 -11mol·L-1。The adsorptive property of the cobalt(Ⅱ) zincon complex on the hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) was studied in a base solution containing 0.005mol·L -1 of ammonia water 0.06mol·L -1 of NH 4Cl and 2.5×10 -6 mol·L -1 of zincon. Linearity range of the 1.5th, 2.5th derivative adsorptive voltammetric determination of cobalt(Ⅱ) was 1×10 -10 ～1×10 -7 mol·L -1 . When applying the 2.5th derivative adsorptive voltammetry, and using a concentration time of 3min, a detection limit of 5×10 -11 mol·L -1 was obtained. This method has been used in the direct determination of trace amounts of cobalt in Chinese herbal medicines.
