摘 要:针对工厂化育苗中经常出现的徒长现象,研究了在不同浓度的矮壮素底水浇施下番茄穴盘苗徒长的情况及施用效果。结果表明:底水浇施一定浓度的矮壮素对番茄穴盘苗生长发育存在显著影响,并且这种影响在穴盘苗的整个苗期生长中一直存在。在一定浓度范围内,秧苗质量随矮壮素添加浓度的增高而提高,但当矮壮素浓度达到150 mg/L左右时,秧苗质量开始下降。矮壮素底水浇施可有效控制番茄穴盘苗徒长,使其茎杆增粗,叶片变大,根冠比和壮苗指数增大,叶绿素含量增加,根系活力增强,在形态上和生理上都趋向于壮苗的要求。其中以施用100 mg/L浓度的矮壮素效果最佳。In view of the stem overgrowth which often occurred in the plug seedlings ,this subject studied the overgrowth situation and application effect of different concentrations CCC in tomato plug seedling.The study found that before sowing pour a certain concentration CCC in the base water had a significant effect on tomato seedling growth and development, and could affect the entire seedling.During a certain concentration range of CCC, the more CCC the seedling quality better.However,when the CCC concentration was over 150 mg/L,seedling quality began to decline.Before sowing poure CCC could control tomato seedling overgrowth effectively.It made stems thicker,leaves larger,and increased the root-top ratio and exponent of stern seedling, added chlorophyll content and enhanced root activity.morphological and physiological requirements of seedlings tended to perfect.Among the treatments,the concentration of C CC applied 100 mg/L best.
