摘 要:以柠条为研究对象,研究了Cd^(2+)、Cu^(2+)在不同浓度条件下对其种子萌发特征的影响,以期为重金属污染土壤的生态修复提供科学依据。结果表明:在Cd^(2+)或Cu^(2+)胁迫条件下,柠条种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数都有不同的响应特征,低浓度时对种子萌发的影响不明显,甚至有促进作用,当Cd^(2+)浓度为10 mg/L或Cu^(2+)浓度为25 mg/L时柠条种子的萌发较快,发芽率相对较高;高浓度时则有较强的抑制作用,其中Cd^(2+)的抑制作用要高于Cu^(2+)。The research respectively studied the effect of different concentrations of cadmium and copper ions on the germination features of Caragana korshinskii Kom ,which provided evidences for the soil ecological restorationin heavy metal pollution area.The results showed that under the stress of Cu2+ and Cd2+,the germination percentage,germinating viability,and germination index of the seeds of Caragana korshinskii Kom were impacted in different extent.The seed germination was not influenced significantly in the low concentration of Cu2+ or Cd2+ solution,when it at the 10 mg/L Cd2+or 25 mg/L Cu2+ ,the seeds of Caragana korshinskii Kom germinated faster and the germination rate was relatively higher;Inhibiting effects of the cadmium ion were higher than that of copper ion when it was inhibited in the high concentrations.
