摘 要:以正交试验设计法研究了二安替比林苯基甲烷试剂吸光光度法测定微量铬的最佳显色条件。最佳显色条件为H3 PO4(1 +4) 1 .0ml,0 .4mol·L-1Mn(Ⅱ ) 2 .0ml,1g·L-1CTMAB2 0ml,1 0g·L-1DAPM 1 .0ml,加热温度为 80℃ ,4min ,最大吸收波长为 480nm ,铬 (Ⅵ )在 0 .1 0~0 .90 μg/2 5ml范围内呈良好线性关系 ,线性回归方程为A =0 .62 1 5C(μg/2 5ml) +0 .2 2 44,线性相关系数为 0 .9974,摩尔吸光系数ε =3 .72× 1 0 6L·mol-1·cm-1。灵敏度比文献报道有很大提高。方法应用于水样中铬 (Ⅵ )的测定 。A study on the color reaction between the reagent phenyl diantipyryl methane (PDAM) and hexa valent chromium ion was reported. The optimum reaction conditions were selected by the use of the Latin square method of experimental designing. It was found that in a medium of dilute phosphoric acid (total volume 25ml) containing 1.0ml of H 3PO 4 (1+4), 2.0ml of 0.4mol·L -1 Mn(Ⅱ), 2.0ml of 1g·L -1 CTMAB and 1.0ml of 10g·L -1 PDAM solution, chromium ion(Ⅵ) reacted with PDAM to give a colored product having its absorption maxima at 480nm. Linearity between the absorbancy and concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) was found to be held in the range of 0.10 to 0.90μg of Cr(Ⅵ) per 25ml of solution. The molar absorptivity was found to be 3.72×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The linear regression equation was found as follows A=0.6215C +0.2244( r =0.9974). This method has been applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water samples.
