摘 要:在氨水介质中钴(Ⅱ )能催化均二苯基卡巴腙被溶解氧氧化而褪色 ,考察分析了此法的测定条件 ,并应用该法测定了煤矸石中微量钴。试验表明 ,钴量在 0~ 0 .5 μg/2 5ml符合比耳定律 ,摩尔吸光系数ε=1 .3 5× 1 0 6L·mol-1·cm-1。In an ammoniacal solution of pH 9~10, the color fading of sym diphenylcarbazone through its oxidation by dissolved oxygen was catalyzed by the presence of trace amounts of cobalt(Ⅱ). The intensity of color fading kept a linear relationship with concentration of cobalt(Ⅱ) in the range 0~0.5μg per 25ml of solution giving a molar absorptivity of 1.35×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Absorbance measurements were made at 490nm with 1cm absorption cell. Based on the reaction conditions mentioned above, a method for the determination of micro amounts of cobalt in coal gangue was proposed.
