摘  要:采用Al和sn混合粉体为原料,对其进行微波热处理,研究二元体系的物相组成及显微形貌。结果表明,经热处理得到的各产物,主相为Al和Sn,同时有少量的Al2O3与SnO2生成。80%Al试样中大量Al球状物从Al-Sn基体中析出,大小约为50-70μm。同时部分Al球状物氧化成棱角分明的多面体状Al2O3晶体。少量氧化锡须状物也从基体中析出。50%Al试样微观形貌同80%Al试样类似。20%Al试样中Al-Sn呈现出一种核壳结构,Al球状物被sn包裹。The phase composition and microstructure of the Al and Sn mixed powders by microwave heat treatment were studied. The result showed that the main phase of every product were Al and Sn, additionally, small amounts of Al2O3 and SnO2 were formed. Large amounts of Al bails with a size of 50 - 70μm precipitated from Al - Sn matrix in the sample contained 80% Al. Meanwhile, a part of Al was oxidized to angular polyhedron Al2O3 grains. Small amounts of SnO2 also precipitated from this matrix. The microstructure of sample contained 50% Al was similar to the one contained 80% Al. Al ball were encapsulated by Sn in the sample contained 20% Al.
