摘  要:位移传感器是井径仪的关键部件,随着井径测量技术的发展,传统的拉杆电位器式位移传感器由于存在诸多缺陷,已不再适用。这里介绍了差动变压器式位移传感器的原理、结构及应用方法,并以31DH/±8 mm型差动变压器的性能检测实验为基础,详细分析了该传感器的应用效果,证明了该种传感器具有耐高温、线性度好、分辨率高及使用方便等特点,是井径仪的首选传感器。Displacement sensor is the key part of the caliper,with the development of the caliper measurement technology,traditional lever potentiometer displacement sensor,because of many defects,is no longer applicable. The paper introduces the basic principle,structure,application method of the differential transformer type displacement sensor,With the 31 DH / ± 8 mm model differential transformer type displacement sensor performance test experiment as the foundation,the application effect of the sensor is analyzed in detail,which prove that this kind of sensor has high temperature resistance,good linearity,high resolution and convenient use,etc,is the first selection of caliper sensors.
