摘　　要：杜66火驱的过程中,由于火线推进不均,部分生产井只是受到单方向一个注气井的影响,同时大部分油井又出砂严重,油井出砂出气量大的复合型矛盾日渐突出,严重影响了火驱区块整体开发效果,另外火驱采油管柱的腐蚀,尤其是抽油泵的腐蚀问题也逐渐暴露出来,在一定程度上影响了泵的使用寿命,缩短了油井检泵周期。针对这种情况,采取了防腐防气防砂泵采油技术,结合沉砂泵、防腐耐磨泵的优点,再加装防气装置,来达到防腐防气防砂的目的。并在室内研究了在高温高压下H2S对电镀钨基合金材料腐蚀性能的影响,最终得出火驱井高效举升技术思路,说明了该项抽油泵具有提高防砂性能、提高抽油泵油气分离能力及在高温高压下缓解H2S防腐问题的能力,并在杜66块进行了现场的应用,现场结果表明:具有良好的防砂控气及防腐效果。During Du 66 fire flooding process,because of the unequal fire wire propulsion,a part of the production wells were affected by gas-injection well in a single direction,and most of the oil wells were also affected by sand at the same time. The complex problem of the more gas and sand make the situation increasingly prominent,which affected the effects of fire flooding blocks overall development seriously.The problems of the corrosion of fire flooding oil production string,especially pump corrosion problems also gradually exposed,which affected the service life of the pump,and reduced the oil well pump inspection cycle in a certain extent. Aiming at this situation,the anti-corrosion with protection air and sand controlling pump oil production technology was used,combined with the advantages of grit,and anti-corrosive wearing pump,meantime protection air device was added to achieve the purpose of corrosion prevention gas sand control. The influence of H2 S corrosion for tungsten alloy electroplating was studied under high temperature and high pressure condition. It was concluded that the efficient fire flooding well lifting technology was obtained. The study showed that the pump improved the sand control performance,enhanced the pump oil and gas separation ability and eased the problem of H2 S corrosion under high temperature and high pressure,and the DU 66 block application showed that the effect of sand prevention and gas control and anti-corrosion was good.
