摘　　要：从旧体制下的被动开放到思想观念上的开放,再到新中国成立以来制度上的开放,每阶段的开放理念都具有不同的内涵与特点。面对现阶段的新问题和新挑战,党的十八届五中全会又进一步深化了开放理念,其具有重要的现实意义,指导着现阶段我国经济的发展;推动我国改革事业的进程;促进我国国际关系向更加和谐友好的方向发展;并进一步促进了伟大复兴的中国梦的实现。Under the old system open to the concept of passive, to open on the system since the founding of new China, each phase of the open concept have different connotation and characteristics.
