摘　　要：宁夏经济增长主要动力源于土地及资金,人力资本的动力相对不足。人力资本作为一个重要的经济要素,对区域经济发展差距的影响明显。宁夏区域经济发展中山区人力资本供给明显滞后于川区地区,成为区域发展差距的重要因素。在经济新常态下,土地、资本对经济增长影响度下降,改善人力资本是促进宁夏经济协调发展重要路径。The major sources of the Ningxia economic growth are land and capital. However, human capital is an other important factor that could affect economic growth. The lack of human capital in Ningxia could strongly affect the regional development disparity. Compared with the north of Ningxia, the supply of human capital in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia is far behind. It is the main reason that causes the regional development dis parity. Therefore, in the ＂new norm＂ economy, when the effects of land and capital on economic growth show a decreasing trend, improving the human capital becomes a significant way to promote the economic coordination development in Ningxia.
