青海东部重点开发区内县域经济发展差异分析

摘　　要：目前主体功能区规划并不完全适合地区经济发展要求,给县域发展带来诸多不利影响。本文以青海省东部重点开发区为例,系统分析了主体功能区建设中县域发展条件变化的内在表现,围绕缩小县域发展差距提出了具体解决措施:探索现代农业发展路径;加强外资流入渠道建设;构建特色产业体系;实施一体化发展战略;构建整体发展战略。Currently the main functional area planning is not entirely suitable for regional economic development, bring many adverse effects to the development of the county.
