摘  要:目的探讨长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作者的细胞遗传学影响。了解放射工作人员的身体状况,并适时提出防护要求。方法用微量全血培养法对全市县、区级医院及相关单位258名放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率进行了检测。结果 258例放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞的微核率均小于6‰,在正常范围。结论长期低剂量电离辐射会损伤人体细胞遗传物质,工作在第一线的职业放射性工作人员应注意个人的辐射防护。Objective:To investigate the effects of long-term low dose ionizing radiation on the cell genetics of radiation workers. To understand the physical condition of the radiation workers,and put forward the protection requirements in due time. Methods:By micro whole blood culture method of city county and district hospitals and related units 258 radiation workers peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate were detected. Results:The peripheral blood lymphocytes of 258 cases of radiation workers outside the micronucleus rate was less than 6 per thousand,which in the normal range. Conclusion:Long-term low dose ionizing radiation can damage human cells genetic material,work in the first line of occupational radiation staff should pay attention to personal radiation protection.
