未成熟卵母细胞体外培养治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在自然周期获取未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟技术(IVM)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)性不孕症的临床疗效。方法 41例行体外受精-胚胎移植助孕的PCOS患者,共43个周期。获未成熟卵母细胞482枚,进行体外培养成熟后行单精子卵胞浆内注射,受精后取优质胚胎移植宫腔内。统计其获卵率、受精率、卵裂率和妊娠率。结果 43个周期体外培养成熟卵子320枚、成熟率为66.39%;用于受精363枚、受精329枚、受精率为90.63%卵裂279枚、卵裂率为84.80%,其中40个周期进行了胚胎移植,周期取消率为6.97%,19例患者妊娠,移植周期妊娠率44.18%。结论 IVM技术是治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症的有效方法。Objective：Tostudy the effect of hurmen oocytes from natural cycle in vitro maturation applied for treatment of infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods：Totally 482 immature oocytes were retrieved from 41 PCOS women and cultured in vitro The mature oocytes were insem inated by intracytoplasmic sperm injection（ICSI）,then embryo transplantations were performed Number of retrieved oocytes fertilization rate,cleavage rate and pregnancy rate were reconded and analyzed by statistical software. Results：Totally 482 mature oocytes were obtained The ratrs of maturity,fertilization and cleavage were 66.39%,90.63% and 84.80% respectively.Embryo transplantation was perfomed in 40 of them,and cancellation rate was 6.97%. 19 wome were pregnant and pregnant rate was 44.18%.Conclusion：IVM technique seems to be a useful treatment option for women with PCOS,thus it can avoid the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
