电针透穴治疗膝骨性关节炎随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针透穴疗法配合补正续骨丸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组采用电针透穴和外用扶他林治疗,试验组在此基础上配合口服补正续骨丸治疗,均连续治疗15天,即1个疗程。判定两组治疗后疼痛缓解的临床疗效。结果:60例患者均完成研究,无病例脱落,未发生临床不良事件,试验组和对照组均为30例。两组一般资料、病情基线比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后临床疗效比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前、后患膝关节运动和静息时疼痛NRS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗后-基线NRS评分比较,试验组评分减少多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针透穴疗法配合补正续骨丸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效确切,可明显缓解患膝关节疼痛症状。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of point - through - point electric acupuncture combined with Buzheng Xugu pills for treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods： Totally 60 patients with KOA were randomly and equally assigned into an experimental group and a control group. The control group was treated by point - through - point electric acupuncture and Voharen for external use. The experimental group was treated on the basis of the therapy in the control group, and was also treated by Buzheng Xugu pills. The course of treatment was for 15 days. Clinical effects after treatment in two groups were evaluated. Results：All the 60 cases were completed for the study. The control group had 30 cases and the experimental group had 30 cases without disap- peared cases and clinical adverse cases. The general information and baseline were compared before treatment, and there was no significant difference in two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Clinical efficacy in experimental group was significantly superior to that in control group after treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ）. NRS scores of knee -joint pain in the state of moving or resting after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, there was a better result in the experimental group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： It is effective for treating KOA by point - through - point electric acupuncture and Buzheng Xugu pills, which contributes to relie- ving knee -joint pain obviously.
