开玄充络罐针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床随机对照试验

摘　　要：目的:以普通常规针刺作为对照组,观察采用以"开玄充络"为理论,火罐与针刺结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的方法,将60例符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组采用开玄充络罐针治疗方法,对照组采用单纯常规针刺的方法,上述两组所选取的穴位相同。治疗结束后,对上述患者进行中医病证诊断疗效标准、日本骨科学会下腰痛评定量表(JOA)以及简化Mc Gill量表评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);JOA及简化Mc Gill量表评分组内及组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法对于腰椎间盘突出症的疗效确切,治疗组总体疗效优于对照组,并且在短期疼痛程度的改善方面治疗组优于对照组。Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupuncture plus cupping for treating patients with lumbar disc herniation in comparison with single - formula acupuncture. Methods： To compare effectiveness of acupuncture plus cupping, controlled trial was conducted on 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation. All patients were ran- domly assigned into two groups and received either acupuncture plus cupping or acupuncture alone. Results were evaluated at baseline and at the last treatment according to the total effective rate, scores of Japanese Or- thopedic Association low back score （JOA） and the short -form of McGill pain questionnaire （MPQ）. Results： The difference of total effective rates had a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; JOA and McGill scores in each group before and after treatment were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;JOA and McGill scores be- tween two groups after treatment were statistically signifi are effective in terms of clinically therapeutic effect, but cant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Both treatments for LDH the total effect of the treatment group is better than thatof the control group, and the short - term clinical effect on reducing the pain intensity in the treatment group is also better than that in the control group.
