针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,为优化针刀治疗方案提供依据。方法:将80例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,脱失7例,针刀组36例用针刀治疗,针灸组37例用针灸治疗。采用WOMAC问卷、VAS、关节功能评分对患者进行评价。结果:两组患者治疗后WOMAC问卷、VAS、关节功能评分积分与治疗前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01);与针灸组比较,针刀组优于针灸组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗结束3月后关节功能评分与针灸组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后、治疗结束3个月后,针刀组综合疗效优于针灸组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀疗法能有效改善膝骨性关节炎患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛,改善膝关节功能,综合疗效理想。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of acupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and to provide the elinical basis for the treatment. Methods ：80 eases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated into two groups, and 7 eases were depigmentated. 36 cases in the acupotomy group were treated by acupotomy, and 37 cases in the acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion. The appraisal scores of WOM- AC index, VAS and joint function were evaluated before and after treatment. Results：Two groups had a signifi- cant difference in the appraisal scores of WOMAC index, VAS and joint function before and after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. After the treatment the acupotomy group had a better therapeutic effect than the acupuncture group（ P 〈 0.05）. Three months after the treatment the acupotomy group had a better therapeutic effect than the acupunc- ture group in terms of the appraisal scores of joint function （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, and three months after treatment, the acupotomy group was superior to the acupuncture group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupotomy can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs, pain and.joint motor function of patients with knee osteoarthri- tis, and the comprehensive efficacy is better than that of the acupuncture alone.
