翳风穴刺血对面神经麻痹患者面部功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察翳风穴刺血对面神经麻痹的临床疗效及面部功能障碍的影响。方法:将2011年5月至2015年9月在陕西省中医医院针灸科收治的180例面神经麻痹患者,随机分为西药组、刺血组、刺血配合西药组,每组60例。西药组给予口服维生素B_1片、维生素B_6片和醋酸泼尼松片治疗,刺血组给予翳风穴刺血治疗,刺血配合西药组在口服西药的同时配以翳风穴刺血治疗。结果:西药组愈显率83.01%,刺血组92.98%,刺血配合西药组96.55%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组中医症状积分治疗前、后比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗第10、30天,刺血组中医症状积分优于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),刺血配合西药组优于西药组,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗第10天,刺血组及刺血配合西药组H-B分级方面均优于西药组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:翳风穴刺血疗法治疗面神经麻痹的疗效确切,早期介入可以迅速改善急性期症状,促进面部功能恢复。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of pricking blood at Yi - feng point on facial paralysis and dysfunction. Methods ：180 facial paralysis patients selected from May 2011 to Sep. 2015 in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Shaanxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into three groups：Western medicine group, Blood pricking group and Combined western medicine and blood pricking group with 60 patients in each group. Western medicine group received Vitamin B1, B6 and Prednisone Acetate tablets. Blood pricking group received pricking blood at Yi -feng point only. The Combined group received western medicine and blood pricking. Results：The comprehensively curative effect had no statistical significance （P 〉0. 05） ;the curative rate of Western medicine group was 83.01% ;in the blood pricking group it was 92. 98% ;in the Combined group it was 96.55%. As to the score of TCM symptoms there was a statistically sig- nificant difference before and after treatment（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Pricking group and Combined group were better than Western medicine group on the 10th day and the 30th day. There was a significant difference. As to H - B clas- sification, the western medicine group became worse than other two groups with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Pricking blood at Yi -feng point on facial paralysis is effective. Acute symptoms can be improved when treated at early stage, and facial function can be recovered.
