摘　　要：目的:查阅古今针灸治疗呕吐文献,寻找临床治疗呕吐用穴规律,为临床选穴提供相关依据。方法:搜集《针灸处方大辞典》及现代权威文献针灸治疗呕吐处方,对腧穴的使用频次、归经、种类、分布统计分析,总结针灸治疗呕吐选穴规律。结果:本次共纳入82首处方,出现频次最高的前10位腧穴是中脘、足三里、内关、胃俞、气海、太冲、脾俞、膻中、上脘、膈俞;在穴位配伍方面,出现频率最多的成对穴配伍有中脘→足三里,足三里→内关,中脘→内关,中脘→胃俞,中脘→脾俞,中脘→气海,足三里→胃俞,足三里→气海等;三穴配伍的腧穴有中脘→足三里→内关,中脘→足三里→胃俞,中脘→足三里→气海,中脘→足三里→脾俞,中脘→足三里→天枢等。结论:针灸治疗呕吐以中脘、足三里、内关、胃俞、气海、太冲、脾俞、膻中、上脘等为主要穴位。Objective： To search the literatures about ancient and modem acupuncture in the treatment of vomi- ting, and to find out the law of aeupoints in the clinical treatment. Methods： Look up Acupuncture and Moxibus- tion Prescription Dictionary and search for the prescriptions for the treatment of vomiting in modem authoritative literatures. Analyze the use frequency of acupoints, channel tropism, type and distribution and summarize the law of point selection in acupuncture therapy for treating vomiting. Results： It included a total of 82 prescrip- tions, and ten acupoints that had the highest frequency use were as follows： Zhongwan, Zusanli, Neiguan, Weishu, Qihai, Taichong, Pishu, Danzhong, Shangwan, Geshu ; the most frequency pairs of matching points were as follows： Zhongwan- Zusanli, Zusanli- Neiguan, Zhongwan- Weishu, Zhongwan- Pishu, Zhongwan - Qihai, Zusanli - Weishu, Zusanli - Qihai, etc ; three - point matching was as follous ： Zhongwan - Zusanli - Neiguan, Zhongwan - Zusanli - Weishu, Zhongwan - Zusanli - Qihai, Zhongwan - Zusanli - Pishu, Zhongwan -Zusanli -Tianshu, etc. Conclusion：The acupoints in the acupuncture therapy for treating vomiting mainly in- elude Zhongwan, Zusanli, Neiguan, Weishu, Qihai, Taiehong, Danzhong, Shangwan,etc.
