摘  要:采用平板法和八字模法,通过评估不同掺量粉煤灰、矿粉与硅灰的砂浆塑性阶段的收缩应力与塑性抗拉强度等,研究了矿物掺合料对砂浆塑性阶断收缩开裂的影响。研究结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量(0~50%)的增加,掺量小于30%时塑性收缩应力和塑性抗拉强度同步增大,掺量超过30%后塑性收缩应力继续增大,塑性抗拉强度有所降低;抗裂指数先变化不大后有所减小;随着矿粉掺量(0~30%)的增加,掺量30%以内塑性收缩应力和塑性抗拉强度都增大,抗裂指数有一定程度增大;随着硅灰掺量(0~5%)的增加,塑性收缩应力增大,塑性抗拉强度增大,抗裂指数明显提高。The influence of fly ash,mineral powder and silica fume on plastic shrinkage cracking and plastic viscosity of cement mortar were studied by cracking plate method and eight model method. The results show that: with the increase of fly ash( 0- 50%),as addition of fly ash is less than 30%,both plastic shrinkage stress and plastic tensile strength increase. The cracking- resistance index has little change,as addition of fly ash is more than 30%,the plastic shrinkage stress increases but the plastic tensile strength decreases. The cracking- resistance index changs less before decrease. With the increase of mineral powder( 0- 30%),both plastic shrinkage stress and plastic tensile strength increase,and the cracking- resistance index increases a little. With the increase of silica fume( 0- 5%),plastic shrinkage stress decreases but plastic tensile strength increases and cracking- resistance index increases clearly.
