摘 要:由于筒仓结构长期暴露在自然环境中,受环境温度作用的影响较为显著,有时由温度作用产生的应力会相当大,这会使筒仓结构发生严重裂损,从而给筒仓结构带来危害。对筒仓结构进行热力耦合有限元分析具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本文以某一预应力混凝土储煤圆形筒仓为原型,分别采用五种分析工况进行顺序耦合热应力有限元分析。研究表明:较大的内外温差对筒仓结构的应力和变形影响较大,较急剧的季节降温对筒仓结构的应力和变形影响较大。若无实践经验,建议在筒仓仓底区域、漏斗部位,环境温度作用可取最大环向拉力的8%计算,筒仓其余区域,环境温度作用可取最大环向拉力的6%计算。The influence of environmental temperature is more significant for the silo structure because it is exposed to the natural environment for a long time. And the stress produced by the temperature load can be quite large, which will cause serious damage of silo structure, so as to bring harm to the silo structure. So it has significant theoretical and future practical value for the thermal coupling finite element analysis on the prestressed concrete circular silo. In this paper, five kinds of load conditions coupled thermal stress were analyzed sequentially with the finite element based on a prestressed reinforced concrete circular silo. The results showed that a larger temperature difference between inside and outside of silo structure will make the greater influence on the stress and deformation. It was also found that a sharp seasonal cooling will make the greater influence on the stress and deformation of silo structure. If there is no practical experience, it is suggested that the ambient temperature effect is calculated by 8% of the maximum circumferential tension at the bottom of the silo structure and the funnel area, 6% of the maximum circumferential tension at the rest area of the silo structure.
