Comparative Mechanical Analysis on Conventional Prestressed Beam and Smart Prestressed Beam under Multi-constrain Conditions

摘  要:为充分研究多约束条件下智能预应力梁的承载性能,使结构保持最佳服役状态,本文运用能量法推导了任意荷载作用下预应力简支梁的静力平衡方程,进而对比研究了多约束条件下普通预应力梁和智能预应力梁在均布荷载作用下的约束承载性能。结果表明智能预应力梁能够承受更大的活荷载变化范围,尤其是梁的使用条件更为严苛时。普通预应力结构被动地对各种作用作出响应,即使结构已出现过大应力或变形;而智能预应力结构设置了一些主动索,可以对结构施加随荷载变化的预应力,从而实现控制结构受力状态、提升结构服役性能的目标。In order to study the bearing performance of a smart prestressed beam under multi-constraint conditions and keep the beam remain in good service, the equations of static equilibrium of a simply supported pres-tressed beam under arbitrary loads are presented based on energy method, and then a comparative bearing performance analysis on a conventional prestressed beam and a smart prestressed beam under uniform load is investigated. The results show that the scope of living load of smart prestressed beam can be much wider than that of conventional prestressed beam, especially when the beam application condition is strictly limited. Conventional prestressed structures react to all kinds of effects imposed upon them, not accounting for possible excessive stress or continuous deformation during the life of the structures; on the contrary, smart prestressed structures with active cables may be used to prestress the structure online due to the various effects so as to control structure state and improve structure service performance.
