大口径涂塑钢管内外防腐涂层选择

摘　　要：为保证大口径输水管道安全以及饮用水的质量,合理选择管材十分重要,通过综合分析涂塑钢管、PCCP管和DIP管的成本以及防腐形式,说明在大口径输水管道工程中涂塑钢管成本较低且符合饮用水卫生标准,可优先选择徐塑钢管;通过分别比较涂塑钢管常用的几种内防腐涂层和外防腐涂层的性能,总结得到内壁涂装熔结环氧粉末涂料外壁涂装热熔聚乙烯粉末涂料为最佳的防腐工艺组合。因此,内壁熔结环氧粉末涂料外壁热熔聚乙烯粉末涂料的涂塑钢管是大口径输水管道工程中最佳的管材与涂层选择。To ensure the pipeline safety and potable water quality, the reasonable choice of pipe material is very important. Through the comprehensive analysis of the cost and corrosion form of plastic-coated steel pipe, PCCP and DIP, the plastic-coated steel pipe could be optimally selected in large diameter pipeline project because of lower cost and meeting standards for Drinking ance of several commonly used anti-corrosion internal Water Quality. By respectively comparing the perform- coatings and external coating of plastic-coated steel pipe, the best anticorrosion technology was obtained by fusion bonded epoxy powder（FBE） coating for internal and polyethylene powder coatings （PE） for external anticorrosion. So the plastic-coated steel pipe with fusion-bonded epoxy （FBE） applied for internal coatings and polyethylene （PE） applied for pipe material and coating selection in large diameter water supply project.
