摘  要:目的观察气体二氧化氯穿透高效空气过滤器的性能及消毒效果,为其应用于高效空气过滤单元的消毒提供依据。方法基于二元固体制剂制备气体二氧化氯,通过便携式一体化气体二氧化氯消毒机完成消毒流程,采用载体定性杀菌试验方法评价气体二氧化氯的杀菌效果。结果在消毒过程中,高效空气过滤单元内气体二氧化氯浓度维持在2.9~5.3 mg/L,过滤器上游的相对湿度由65%增至80%,下游湿度由60%增至68%。消毒90 min后可使位于过滤器上游及下游的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢彻底灭活。结论本研究证明了气体二氧化氯在主动循环下能够快速穿透高效空气过滤器,并对高效空气过滤单元有着良好的消毒效果。Objective To observe the penetrability and disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide( ClO2) gas for the high efficiency particulate air( HEPA) filter unit,so as to provide scientific reference for the applications of ClO2 gas. Methods ClO2 gas was produced by two solid components. A portable disinfection machine was used to achieve the disinfection process. The carrier qualitative bactericidal test was used to evaluate the inactivation efficacy of ClO2 gas. Results In the process of disinfection,the concentration of ClO2 gas maintained between 2. 9 mg / L to 5. 3 mg / L,the relative humidity of the filter upstream increased from 65% to 80% while that of the filter downstream increased from 60% to 68%. Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on both the upstream and the downstream of the HEPA filter were completely sterilized after 90 min disinfection. Conclusion This paper demonstrates that the ClO2 gas can rapidly penetrate the HEPA filter under the active circulation,and had a significant effect for the disinfection of the HEPA filter unit.
