摘  要:目的比较观察汽化和雾化两种过氧化氢消毒机对医院病房消毒效果,为临床科室终末消毒设备的正确选择和使用提供依据。方法通过生物和化学监测法,对两类过氧化氢消毒机对病房消毒效果进行比较观察和评估。结果汽化过氧化氢消毒机,空气中过氧化氢理论浓度为2 597 mg/m3,作用120 min,化学监测合格率为81.48%,生物监测无菌率为77.78%。雾化过氧化氢消毒机,空气中过氧化氢理论浓度为645 mg/L,作用120 min,化学监测合格率为40.74%,生物监测无菌率为25.93%。结论汽化过氧化氢消毒机较雾化过氧化氢消毒机更适合医院病房环境终末消毒。Objective To compare a hydrogen peroxide vapor( HPV) system and an aerosolized hydrogen peroxide( AHP) system in the wards so as to provide basis for choosing and using terminal disinfection equipment for clinical wards.Methods Through microbiological and chemical indicators,disinfection efficacy for clinical wards of two hydrogen peroxide disinfection systems were compared. Results Theoretical concentration of hydrogen peroxide of the HPV system in the ward was 2 597 mg / L and infection duration was 120 min. The chemical and microbiological efficacies of the HPV system were81. 48% and 77. 78% respectively. Theoretical concentration of hydrogen peroxide of the AHP system in the ward was 645 mg / L and infection duration was 120 min. The chemical and microbiological efficacies of the AHP system were 40. 74% and25. 93% respectively. Conclusion The HPV system in this trial is more effective than the a HP system for terminal disinfection in the ward.
