摘　　要：目的了解医院外科洗手水及水源水的微生物污染情况,为预防医院感染提供参考。方法通过现场问卷调查和实验室检测相结合的方法,对江苏省医院的外科洗手水和水源水进行调查分析。结果共采集医院的水源水108份,其中直供水68份,水箱水40份。直供水细菌总数合格率100%,水箱水细菌总数合格率90%,二者均未检出大肠菌群和致病菌。共采集手术室外科洗手水140份,其中采用直供水方式的外科洗手水75份,细菌总数合格率为90.7%。采用水箱水的外科洗手水65份,细菌总数合格率为84.6%,二者均未检出大肠菌群和致病菌。真菌总数总体情况良好,个别样本污染严重。结论江苏省医院手术室外科洗手用水和水源水总体情况良好,但存在少数样本细菌真菌污染严重的情况,需要引起关注。Objective To investigate the microbial contamination of hand washing water and water in hospital,and to provide reference for the prevention of hospital infection. Methods We combined the field survey with the laboratory experiments to investigate and analyze hand washing water and source water in the hospital of Jiangsu province. Results A total of 108 hospitals were collected,including 68 direct water supplies,40 water tanks. The total qualified rate of straight water was 100%,the total qualified rate of bacteria in water tank was 90%,and neither Escherichia coli group nor pathogenic bacteria were detected. A total of 140 samples were collected from surgical hand washing water in operation room,of which 75 of the surgical hand washing water using straight water,the total qualified rate was 90. 7%,65 of the surgical hand washing water using water tank,the qualified rate was 84. 6%,and the Escherichia coli group and pathogenic bacteria were not detected from the two types of water above. The total number of fungi in general was in good condition,and the pollution of individual samples was serious. Conclusion The overall situation of hand washing water and source water is in good condition,but serious situations for a few samples with bacteria or fungal contamination still exist,which should be paid more attention.
