首发及复发腹型过敏性紫癜患者食物不耐受相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨食物不耐受与腹型过敏性紫癜的相关性及意义。[方法]将2015年6月-2016年2月我院门诊及住院部就诊的腹型过敏性紫癜患者及正常人群纳入研究,根据发病次数分为首发组30例、复发组36例和对照组32例,采用ELISA法检测各组血清中14种食物的sIgG水平。[结果]首发组阳性率达63.3%（19/30）,复发组阳性率达94.4%（34/36）,对照组阳性率仅为18.8%（6/32）;首发组和复发组的sIgG阳性率明显高于对照组;总体而言,不论是首发组还是复发组,食物不耐受与性别、年龄均无显著相关性,但在首发组中,女性对鳕鱼的敏感度要高于男性,牛奶与鸡蛋在〈7岁组的阳性率显著高于7-14岁组;而复发组中,玉米在7-14岁组中的阳性率显著高于〈7岁组。[结论]食物不耐受与腹型过敏性紫癜的首发及复发均具有相关性,不同年龄、性别之间差异无统计学意义;通过检测食物不耐受sIgG可指导患者饮食治疗。[Objective]To explore correlation and significance between food intolerance and abdominal allergic purpura.[Methods]Thirty cases of abdominal allergic purpura were retrospective analyzed from June,2015 to February,2016 as initial group,36 cases of abdominal allergic purpura as recurrence group,and 32 cases of healthy check-up son were choosed as control group.The levels of IgG against 14 common food were measured by ELISA.[Results]The positive rate of initial group,recurrence group and control group was 19/30,34/36 and 6/32 respectively.The positive rate of initial and recurrent group were significantly higher than that of control group.Overall,the food intolerance positive rate among different age groups and different sex groups have no significant differences.Comparing to boys,the intolerance level of cod in girls of initial group were higher.The intolerance level of milk and egg in initial group was higher among ≤7years than 7-14years.The intolerance level of corn in recurrent group was higher among 7-14years than ≤7years.[Conclusion]Initial and recurrent abdominal allergic purpura are closely related to food intolerance.The food intolerance positive rate among different age groups and different sex groups have no significant differences.The result of food intolerant IgG testing has certain function to alimentary control therapy for abdominal allergic purpura.
