摘  要:针对某金矿原采矿方法损失贫化大的难题,研究推荐机械化上向水平分层全尾砂胶结充填采矿法盘区回采工艺,在试验盘区生产时,180~194m矿体采用“一”字形同步回采,盘区稳定性良好,采场生产能力为150t/d,并节约采准工程257m;194m以上矿体采用“品”字形回采,中间采场超前相邻采场5个分层,采场生产能力为100t/d,取得高效、低贫损的良好效果。According to the high loss and dilution of original mining method in a gold mine, mechanize upward horizontal slice stoping and cemented backfilling with whole tailings was proposed to stope the panel. During the mining in the tested panel, 180-194 m ore body was mined with "-" glyph panel mining sequence, which achieved good panel stope stability and production capacity of 150 t/d, as well as saved 257 m of mining quasi engineering. The orebody above 194 m was mined using "8" glyph panel mining sequence, and the middle stope was ahead of the neighboring five slices. Finally, panel production capacity reached 100 t/d with high efficiency, low loss and low dilution.
