摘　　要：介绍了目前生产中采用的秸秆人造板典型工艺流程,提出了各个主要工序设备选型的建议,对分别用秸秆和木材为原料制板的工艺流程以及设备选型进行了对比,以期达到原料消耗合理,热能动力消耗合理,确保生产安全、技术安全和环保安全。This paper introduces the typical technological process of straw-based panel and puts forward some suggestions on equipment selection of main procedures. The technological process and equipment selection of strawbased panel and wood-based panel are compared, in order to make raw material and energy consumption reasonable and ensure the safety of production, technology and environmental protection.
