摘  要:充填骨料粒级组成对充填料浆的流动性、保水性、粘聚性均有较大影响,杜达铅锌矿采用戈壁集料作为充填骨料,针对其大块率高、含泥量低、级配不均等缺点,将戈壁集料混入少量土后进行破碎分级得到3种物料,并对这3种物料按一定比例组合后进行坍落度试验,试验结果表明:当-1mm粒径累计含量35%以上时充填料浆可以获得比较好的和易性,推荐粒级配方在工业试验中取得了成功,实现了大颗粒、粗骨料充填料浆的顺利输送与胶结充填。The particle size compositions of filling aggregate have a great impact on the fluidity, water retention and cohesiveness of filling slurry. Duddar lead-zinc mine which uses gobi aggregate as filling aggregate, has many deficiencies such as high boulder yield, low silt content and uneven grading. Three kinds of materials were secured by breaking gobi aggregate for classification, and then proportionally combined for screen test and slump test. According to the tests results, when the accumulative content of -1 mm was over 35%, the filling slurry would get better workability. Such plan was successful in the industrial test, achieving smooth transportation and cemented filling of the filling slurry with large particles and coarse aggregate.
