摘 要:为了降低矿山充填成本,提高充填体早期强度和改善充填料浆流动性,研制开发了一种早强减水剂。利用莱矿山尾砂进行充填料蒙强度配比试验及坍落度试验,试验结果表明:在充填料浆中添加早强减水剂后,不同灰砂比的充填料浆坍落度可增加1.5~8.5cm,试块的3d强度均在2MPa以上、7d强度均在4MPa以上,与未添加早强减水剂的试块相比,试块的早期强度提高1倍以上,证明研制的早强减水剂能显著改善流动性,较大幅度提高早期强度。In order to reduce the filling cost of mine as well as increase the early strength of filling body and mobility of slurry, a hardening accelerating and water reducing 'admixture was developed. The proportioning tests on filling slurry strength and slump tests were carried out with the tailings of a mine. The results showed that after adding the hardening accelerating and water reducing admixture, the slump of filling slurries with different cement-sand ratios could be increased by 1.5 - 8.5 cm. Moreover, the backfill strength reached over 2 MPa in 3 days, and 4 MPa in 7 days. Compared to the filling bodies without hardening accelerating and water reducing admixture, the early strength was improved by more than I time. The study proved that the new agent can obviously improve the mobility of slurry, and effectively enhance the early strength.
