摘　　要：随着肠促胰素相关研究的不断深入,人们发现,二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂除了降糖作用外,一些大型临床研究证实了其心血管系统的安全性,并可能通过降低心血管危险因素、改善血管内皮功能等机制起到心血管保护作用。然而,近期也有研究提出DPP-4抑制剂具有促进心力衰竭的可能。本文就DPP-4在心血管方面作用的研究进展进行文献综述。Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 （DPP-4） inhibitors were long been proved their glucose lowering effects. As the studies on incretins were further developed, DPP-4 inhibitors were proved their cardiovascular safety in many clinic trails, and also showed possible cardiovascular protecting effect through controlling cardiac risk factors and regulating endothelial function. However, recent studies indicated that DPP-4 inhibitors might contribute to heart failure. This paper is a systemic literature review on the cardiovascular effects of DPP-4.
